The fair bauma CHINA is an international trade fair for construction machinery, building materials machines, construction vehicles and equipment, and is intended to the industry, the trade and the service providers of the construction industry and in particular to decision-makers of the procurement area. The fair takes place every two years in Shanghai and is open to trade visitors only. As the largest and most important industry event in Asia, the international offshoot of the bauma in Munich has firmly established itself, due to the constant growth of the world market Asia, coupled with a high demand for construction machinery, building materials machines, construction equipment and vehicles. International companies get the chance to contacts and therefore access to the Asian market, especially to China and national companies receive the possibility to strengthen their market presence and competitiveness by participating at bauma CHINA. Exhibitors show the latest technologies, machines, equipments and developments of the construction industry and significantly contribute to the growth of the Chinese and Asian construction machinery industry. As communication and information platform, it offers exhibitors and visitors from all over the world the opportunity to do business, to network and to discuss the future prospects with industry experts.
On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 4 days of the fair, from 27. November to 30. November 2018, about 3350 exhibitors from 38 countries and 212500 visitors from 143 countries on the bauma CHINA in Shanghai.
